If you’ve never tried our sweets, we’re happy to bring a Sweet Sampler Box to a scheduled in-person consultation meeting which occur only at one of our favorite coffee shops in the San Antonio area. We prefer Coffee Corner ‘n More, Tandem, Eight Ball Coffee, Poetic Republic Coffee Roasters, and other community-based spots.

For our full-service packages, we require at least one month advanced notice. Submitting our Dessert Table Full-Service Consultation Form starts the one month clock before your scheduled event date. Please note, the advanced notice date may change as our business expands.

For just desserts, we require at least two weeks advanced notice. Submitting our Dessert Table Fillers Order Form starts the two week clock before your scheduled event date.

Yes, Sweet Texas Tables is able to deliver in or around the San Antonio area for an additional fee. $10 - $25 throughout Bexar County and $5 more for each mile outside county limits.

Full payment is due two weeks before the event date’s scheduled delivery, drop off, or pick up. Deposits vary and may include rental fees to be returned upon receipt of our rented dessert displays and/or decor.

After the consultation meeting, Sweet Texas Tables will email you an Invoice with payment links and/or QR codes to submit your deposit and recurring payments until the final payment is completed.

We can make products that are gluten-free and vegan; however, our customers with serious dietary restrictions and allergies should always plat it safe. All products are prepped in the same facility, so exposure to common food allergens, while limited, is possible. You may specify during our consultation. Additional charges apply.

We are currently located in Elmendorf, but we’re from the southside of San Antonio. We proudly serve San Antonio and its surrounding areas.

Due to current Texas Cottage Food Laws, we are unable to ship any of our products outside the state of Texas. Once we secure a commercial kitchen space, we’ll be able to ship. Upon completion of confirming a designated commercial kitchen location, we’ll update the website and this question accordingly.

Pricing on Dessert Table packages varies per number of people and items selected. In most cases, the total package is discounted per item when ordering the full service option. Dessert Fillers are priced in the menu. Dessert Table packages include the same items at a lower price when bundled as a full service option.
